  • Data is stored indefinitely while your subscription remains active.
  • Data may be stored for ongoing research and development.
  • Upon your request, the Company will discontinue storing your data.

How Do We Protect Your Data?

We protect stored data, including PII and PHI, using encryption and military-grade security measures.

The Company is not a “covered entity” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). HIPAA does not apply simply because health information is involved. In certain cases, where the Company functions as a “business associate,” HIPAA provisions may apply regarding PHI provided to affiliated third parties.
